Country Partner Technical Program – 2012 Project Grants *Applications Now Open*
APMEN is seeking applications for small to midsize P. vivax malaria projects focusing on diagnostics and surveillance or treatment trials. Projects must be from one of the 13 APMEN countries, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Republic of Korea, the Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vanuatu and Vietnam.
Closing date for proposals: 23 September 2012
The thematic areas for this round are:
- Diagnostics and Surveillance
- Treatment trials for P. vivax

- Can be submitted from individual or organisations from any of the countries listed above
- Must be endorsed by their respective country’s National Malaria Control Program
- Must be completed by the end of 2013
- Should be developed in line with the criteria listed in the Guidelines for applicants
Project proposals should be under AUD $50,000.
