for Nominations & Applications

The
TRF-CHE-Scopus Researcher Awards are currently receiving nominations and
applications for this year’s exciting event.
Jointly
supported by TRF, CHE and Scopus, the awards are designed to recognize outstanding
and exemplary new researchers and mid-career researchers who have received
grants from the Thailand Research Fund (TRF) and The Commission on Higher
Education (CHE).
A
panel of distinguished guests and experts will use the following criteria to
pick the winners: Research Productivity; Research Impact; Research Excellence;
and Social, Economic or Scientific Impact.
Prizes
are available at two levels:
(1)
TRF-CHE-Scopus Researcher Awards – Six awards are available in
this category. Each winner receives a cash prize of 150,000 Baht, and a commemorative plaque.
(2)
TRF-CHE-Scopus Young Researcher Awards – Six awards are available
in this category also. Each winner receives a cash prize of 75,000 Baht, and a commemorative plaque.

An announcement of the winners
will be made during the 12th TRF-CHE Annual Congress, on 10th October 2012 at the
Holiday Inn Resort, Regent Beach in Cha-Am, Thailand.
