This opportunity invites applications proposing to study HIV infection, HIV-associated conditions, HIV treatment, and/or biobehavioral or social factors associated with HIV/AIDS in the context of aging and/or in older adults. Research approaches of interest include clinical translational, observational, and intervention studies in domestic and international settings.
There are three mechanisms through which you can apply for this grant:

R21: up to 2 years, $275,000 budget (see http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-12-174.html)
R03: up to 2 years, $100,000 budget (see http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-12-176.html)
There will be regular deadlines for this grant until April 2015. The next deadline is 7 August 2012.
